All Head Lice Treatments include a Lifetime Guarantee.  If you follow our guidelines, you will never, ever have to pay for head lice treatment again—we promise!

Our clients are lice and nit free after only 1 head lice treatment.  We stand by our work and believe so strongly in our methods that we are proud to offer a LIFETIME GUARANTEE—the only Lice Removal Company in the world to offer this type of guarantee. If you do not elect to participate in the Lifetime Guarantee which requires a paid head check of the treated person every 30 days you are still covered under our initial 30 day guarantee. If you find lice in the first 30 days after treatment, save what you find and we will treat you for free.

Your head lice treatment includes one free mandatory final intensive lice check on day 3, 4 or 5 following treatment.   This intensive check must be performed in order for the guarantee to be honored.

WE GUARANTEE that you will be 100% bug and nit free after your head lice treatment.  If you find a bug and/or nit at anytime, and you have followed our guarantee guidelines, than you will be re-combed for free.  YOU MUST SAVE ANY BUG OR NITS THAT YOU FIND. If you do not save what you find, you will be required to pay for a check to determine if you have any evidence of head lice.   NO EXCEPTIONS.

WE GUARANTEE that if you are in a school with a no-nit policy, you will be readmitted immediately following lice treatment.  If a school finds a nit up on re-inspection and does not allow admittance into school, please call us and we will have you come right in so that we can ensure you are totally nit free and readmitted immediately.   Please ask the school to save what they find.

HOW OUR LIFETIME GUARANTEE WORKS.

1. You must complete treatment with Lice Knowing You including the free mandatory final check.
2. All immediate family members (those living under one roof) must be checked and treated if necessary by Lice Knowing You.  Families with two households must have all family members in both households checked and treated if necessary by Lice Knowing You.  These checks are free and must be completed within the first 24 hours.  If all family members are not checked and/or treated if necessary, the guarantee is voided.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Immediately following your treatment, your lifetime guarantee begins in 30 day increments.  Upon completion of a paid head check* for the treated person every 30 days your guarantee is extended for an additional 30 days.    (based on date of original treatment—example:  original treatment Jan. 1, must have  your 30 day check anywhere from 2 days prior to two days after Feb. 1, Mar. 1, April 1, etc).   These checks must occur or the guarantee will be voided.  Extensions will not be granted.  NO EXCEPTIONS.     Failure to cancel a 30 day check without 24 hours notice or a missed appointment for a 30 day check, will void your guarantee.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  These checks can occur at any one of our 5 salons.
4. If any lice or nits are found at anytime during the guarantee, you must save what you find.   If you do not save what you find, you will be required to pay for a check to determine if you have any evidence of head lice—NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. If you are found to have head lice at anytime during the guarantee, guidelines will be the same for an original treatment including checking and treating all family members if necessary.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. No required daily combings, no additional product purchases required!

*Head checks are paid head checks and are only required for the treated person.  Discounted head checks can be pre-purchased at time of treatment
