3 Week Guarantee

Our clients are lice and nit free after only 1 treatment. We stand by our work and are proud to offer the following 3 part guarantee—absolutely the best in the industry!

Your treatment includes one free final intensive lice check on day 7. This intensive check must be performed in order for the guarantee to be honored.

1. WE GUARANTEE that you will be 100% bug free after your treatment. If you find a bug at anytime during the 3 weeks following your treatment, please save it and bring it to us and we will gladly comb your hair again for free to insure 100% bug removal. We must have proof of the bug in order to honor this guarantee.

2. WE GUARANTEE that if you are in a school with a no-nit policy, you will be readmitted immediately following treatment. If a school finds a nit upon reinspection and does not allow admittance into school, please call us and we will gladly comb the hair for free to insure 100% nit removal.

3. WE GUARANTEE our services for two additional weeks following the final free intensive lice check.* If we find any lice or nits in the hair at the final check, we will recomb for free. If you find any lice or nits in the two weeks following the final check, please save what you find for examination. If we confirm it is something, we will gladly recomb for free. Final Check must happen within 7 days of Initial treatment.

*All immediate family members must be checked and cleared during the treatment period. If another family member is found to have lice or nits they must be treated by Lice Knowing You in order for the guarantee to be honored. Families must follow all of the recommendations put forth by Lice Knowing You, Inc.
